How do I join?

Just give us your name and phone number (or a number you're sure to remember) and you're signed up. No card, no fee, no mailings.

How does it work?

Every time you make a purchase at the regular price--whether it's from our shelves, our coffeebar or is a special order--we ask you for your phone number to retrieve your account. Ten per cent of the value of your purchase is then credited to your account. When the credit on your account reaches $10.00 or more (i.e., after you spend $100 before taxes), you can use it against your next purchase at the store.

• remember - special orders and items from our coffebar earn you points as well
• people with the same phone number can have separate accounts or share an account (just make sure everyone knows they're sharing)
• we can combine accounts that have been set up separately
• sale-priced and discounted items do not earn you points, but you are free to buy sale books using points
